The location was beautiful for traveling around Neum, near to Dubrovnik and Peljesac, the beach included and restaurants. The room we had included satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe.

Impeccably clean place with sea views and helpful staff. Nice bed in the king room, plus a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a personal safe: )

Fine views and mixed service
The amazing sea view from my room was a highlight, complemented by delicious homemade-style meals. The staff was courteous at most times, and the outdoor terrace was a great spot to unwind.
Parking was a significant issue, with limited space available. I encountered a delay with warm water in the shower, quite inconvenient.

Clean place & very nice staff. Soundproof and modern units with functioning wi-fi and a nice view plus a king size bed. Amazing, stunning location in the great area. Super restaurant and fresh meal. Overall such great stay on vacation...

All in all everything was very good, had a really amazing stay on vacation. I ate at a super restaurant with good value local style meals. The location was beautiful, relatively near Water Polo Court. The hotel itself was in a beautiful area. The pool was very clean and I had complimentary drinks in the main bar.

Fine rooftop infinity pool with really good views.
The service was lackluster and unwelcoming. Breakfast was chaotic and unappetizing. The air conditioning emitted a moldy smell which ruined my comfort.

Osjecali smo se kao doma. Lijepo namjestena soba, velika terasa sa pogledom na zaljev, ugodan i topao ambijent. Djelatnici hotela su uvijek vedri, nasmijeseni i djeluju iznimno pristupacno. Definitivno preporucujem!

The room was spacious and offered beautiful sea views. The restaurant experience was somewhat chaotic due to large crowds, and the air conditioning did not function well, affecting our comfort during the night. It's a decent option for a quick getaway, especially for families seeking a seaside stay.

My best recommendations for all travelers. Everything was better than we expected. Many thanks to the excellent staff who speak polish language. Staff and the hotel are fantastic! Room with sea view was very clean and comfortable, free parking, swimming pool, wireless connection, 3 lifts direct to the beach, quiet location suitable for families.Perfect price for this quality!

Large room. Flowers on the balcony was great.
This is the first time ever that I experienced a reception (with 4 persons behind the counter) having no clue of my reservation, no trace of my "Booked.net" reservation. They wanted a proof of my booking. Luckily I happened to have a printed copy. // This huge hotel seems still to function on Soviet kind of style. I think a major conversion is needed here to adapt the personnel to modern times. // So-called satellite tv had 3 local channels, perfect if you need to look at serbian soap and yugo reality shows. // Breakfast was the industrial minimum. // I loved Bosnia otherwise but this Neum can simply be avoided. It is ugly and uninteresting if you are doing a Croatia tour.

The rooftop infinity pool offered fine views. Parking was a nightmare with limited space, leading to a stress-inducing search for a spot. While the room was spacious and had a lovely view, the meal services could definitely use more organization. The all-inclusive option felt deceptive as you had to pay extra for drinks at the rooftop pool. The need for better communication from staff is clear, especially regarding amenities and bar hours. The experience had great potential, but several improvements are necessary .

The pools were amazing with great balcony views, but the beach access felt a bit sketchy due to the dark passageway. I'd definitely come back!
